1. How can I purchase an artwork I liked?
In order to purchase the chosen artwork, you need to find string "To order this painting please fill the form" and fill the form (please, see How to Buy). Upon receipt of an email with your order, we contact you to confirm your order and discuss all details related to purchase and delivery. Upon receipt of the specified amount of money to our account, we send or deliver you the purchased artwork (please, see Shipping page). The purchased goods will be sent to any address specified by you.
2. How can I pay for my order?
You have the following choices:
- Credit Card Payments providing Escrow service;
- Money Transfer to our bank account (it takes from 3 to 7 days);
- Western Union
3. How is a painting packed for delivery?
Every artwork is packed manually in ultra strong materials, applying special technologies, and then, rolled in special tube, carefully transported to its destination. Sometimes we use special water-proof boxes.
4. What delivery methods do you use?
We employ services of such transportation companies as DHL, FedEx and EMS Garantpost, the indubitable leaders in transportation market with immaculate reputation.
5. How much does my delivery cost?
We offer free worldwide deliveries, if a value of your purchase is at least $1000. In case when the value is less than $1000, the cost of delivery will be set according to DHL or FedEx or EMS Garantpost fees.
6. How long does it take to get my purchase?
Shipment of your purchase is effected within 48 hours from the moment when the agreed amount of money is received by us. Delivery of your purchase will take 4-8 working days (please, see Shipping page).
7. What if my purchase arrives in damaged state?
The chance that your purchase will arrive damaged is very low, as we use special packing materials for safe and careful transportation to ensure secure delivery and prevent possible damages. In case when your purchase does arrive damaged through our fault, we shall exchange your purchase or shall refund its cost. All artworks are send insured, and a transportation company will repair damages, if they occur. Please, contact us to get the details.
