Was born in 1892. Has died in 1964. Graduated studio at the Saratov Radishev museum. Worked in art workshops of Saratov together with V.M.Justitsky, P.S.Utkin, etc. The Participant of exhibitions with 1924 on 1964, including in Moscow, Europe (the Brusselles exhibition). Studied in studio Nevinsky in Moscow (in 1920-1930). Graphic works of Skvortsov are got by Pushkin museum and Tretyakovsky gallery, by Radishev museum, other museums, russian and foreign collectors.The talent of the artist is most expressive was showed in technics of an etching.
